Returns/Exchanges
Every jacket is custom tailored to YOU. Ensure your sizing is correct prior to ordering as we cannot accept returns due to the custom nature of such specific sizing: YOU (one of one).
Please reach out to us via our "Contact Us" page for any extenuating circumstances; however, all shipping costs, plus a 60% replacement fee, will be charged to produce and ship your exchange (if approved). The Jacket Club reserves all rights to deny return requests unless the aforementioned conditions have been met.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (excluding shipping costs and replacement costs).
